Aeronova has begun to offer a low-cost private flights to Europe and North Africa, a “pionner” service in Europe.

Today starts the International Tourism Fair of Madrid (FITUR). You can find us in Hall No. 10 on the stand 10F04. We’ll be waiting … also, if become fan in our “fan page” on facebook, We will give you a gift.

This year, among the strategic keys to be displayed at the 4-day fair is to highlight the history and gastronomy of the country.

The tourism sector, as for other economic sectors, has suffer his particular annus horribilis in 2009: less than five million foreign tourists visited Spain, making the sector back to 2003 levels, and they spent 6.8% less, according to the Ministry of Tourism.

Aviation Pilots  must prove their English before March 2011

The professionals involved in international radiotelephone communications must certify by March 2011 a minimum level of English. This level is called “operational” and is number four on a scale of six.

Levels of competition:
1. pre-elementary
2. elemental
3. preoperational
4. operational
5. advanced
6. expert.

The starting point of this requirement must to do with the ICAO Assembly held in 1998. After analyzing several aviation accidents is concluded that most were caused by human factors, a significant percentage, by poor communication.

Spain will not implant corporal scanners in the airports without the agreement of the EU

The minister, Jose Blanco, declared yesterday that the Government of Spain will not adopt new measures of safety in the airports, as the implantation of corporal scanners, until  does not reach an agreement in the European Union.

According to the Minister, the Government is studying how to improve the safety in the airports but, “making easier the life to the passengers” with new technologies. In these moments there are weighed new measures that are compatible with the “freedom and intimacy of the people”.

Anyway, something is changing into the Spanish airports, the measures for the passengers who travel to The United States, they will have to pass for strong controls.
